I will ask you to briefly describe your internal landscape and any situations that you would like addressed.

I establish links with our higher selves and our guides and helpers. I get quiet and listen to all of us and then report my impressions of what I hear to the best of my ability.  Through this reporting, you and I interpret the information and align our conscious volition to proceed with the recommendations of our guides.  Our unified front empowers, strengthens and amplifies the energetic operations as they are taking place. My energetic system orients itself (with the support of my guides) to serve as a proxy for the operations on your behalf.  This creates an energetic buffer so that you can receive the benefits of the session more fully and in more comfort. Quiet receptivity on your part is optimum.

The words that are spoken are not the most important part so do not worry if you don't understand or catch all that is said.  It is more important that you relax as deeply as possible to receive the energy transmission of the operations rather than trying to stay alert, focused on the wording or ascribing any real time meanings to them.

Pure Soul Alchemy is an energy transmission of subtle level technologies that restructure your creative source grid.  You will notice your reality has shifted after the session and the messages will make themselves abundantly clear to you as this shifting continues to process through your system. 

Plan to be in a comfortable position (reclining or laying down) for the duration of the session.  Make sure it is in a place where you will not be disturbed.  If you have children or family, let them know you will need your time and space during the session.  Have some water close to you and turn off the ringers of other phones.  The work will take you to a deep place of relaxation and you don't want to be disturbed while we are in session.  

After a session is a time for you to go within and be supported :

Spend time with each feeling or thought that is arising.

Acknowledge and respect yourself having that thought.  

Do some inquiry and inventory about each feeling and thought with a zen detached  & compassionate mind - "Where does this come from? What feeling/belief is under that? What would my life look like without it? Did my mother/father have this same feeling?"

Identify the non reality from reality, etc 

It's a very internal and personal process. 

And.... of course, Life doesn't always show up the way we'd like.  Sometimes we have to tell those who we are close to that we need some alone space & time to go through our own process.  You may say, " I love you. I'm here with you.  I just need to go take care of myself on the inside right now."  It might be helpful for you to take some space for yourself for a little while after your session.

After a session is not a good time to have intense deep discussions with one's partner about where the relationship is going, commitment, finances, etc.  because you as an individual are in such transition.  It can be too much for you and your system to handle at this point. 

After your session is the time for you to support yourself and be supported in your transformation.  It really does make one's after session process a lot more challenging when dealing with other's emotions, problems, issues, expectations, etc. 

If your partner, loved ones or family are needing support, be sure to direct them to other sources of support for the time being.  After your session, it is important to create this space for yourself.  A firm, kind and loving "No" can be the best gift you can give to yourself (and them) and the best form of support for yourself.

Try not to make any assessments, conclusions or major life changing decisions in this time.  You are still very much in process during the 1 to 3 weeks following your session.  Focus on providing the best support possible for yourself during this 3 week period.
