Personal Resilience : Bounce Back Better

When the going gets tough, the tough get up better, stronger and happier than before.

When life brings you lemons, you have a big lemonade party.

I know these sayings may sound cheesy, but they are truly a key point to our liberation.

The situations where life feels hard are showing us where we have believed in something erroneous about life and ourselves. It is these errors in belief that have been substantially limiting and imprisoning us. 

In our group session:

- We will heighten our ability to become more aware of that which is us and that which isn't.
