Self Worth: Rebuild and Reclaim

Low Self Worth is at the root of many destructive negative patterns that we carry. When we have low self worth, we can be drawn to situations that are bad for us. When we believe that we don’t deserve the very best, we settle for something which isn’t quite what our heart desires. We settle for something that isn’t right for our bodies, our mind and our spirit. We settle for relationships and situations that can actually cause harm to ourselves and others. We can also be knocked out of our deep knowing because low self worth has us devaluing ourselves so much that it isn’t even in our scope of possibility to imagine having wonderful empowering nurturing situations in our life.
