Live More Authentically : Expunging Subterranean Shame

Shame that is hidden from the self has its own covert agenda and reflexes. It can quite subtly convince you to sideline yourself from the gusto in life. It can keep you from stretching into living more of the pleasure, happiness and fulfillment than you ever thought you were capable of. More so, it can damage relationships. It can convince you to shrink the horizons of the greatness that is possible. It can muffle your hard won victories. Fundamentally, it keeps us from truly liking ourselves enough to give ourselves the very best.

We will bring healing force to the deepest shame based wounds, fears and insecurities. 
 
We will delete assumed negative identities and aspects that were based in lack of self worth. 
 
We will deeply and gently assist your spiritual reconnection with the deepest part of your being where you are strong, powerful, wise, loving, magical and expansive - where you are easily, naturally being your true self.
